i dont think legislation will matter ultimately. technology moves forwards, not backwards, otherwise it just moves elsewhere

i dont think uber will die, just shrink their ambitions and scope a bit and go public or be acquired in a less than optimal result given current traction (but still one of great VC returns of all time)
